Quick answers.
Is the paint new and sealed?
Yes. The paint is sold brand new, unopened and factory-sealed. Photos show the actual buckets; packaging may have handling marks. Ask Sam for the exact label and product details before pickup.
Can I match a color or have a base tinted?
Send the product name, color and sheen you need. Pre-colored paints and tint bases are different products. Sam will confirm what is on hand. Tinting is not included; confirm compatibility and a tinting provider before buying a base.
How do the retail comparisons work?
Featured comparisons use the same product, size, color and finish from Home Depot online. Reference prices were checked September 27, 2026 and can vary by store or change. Each featured product links to its retail source. Prices shown are before tax; delivery is quoted separately. Paint by Sam is an independent reseller.
Do you deliver around Phoenix?
Delivery can be arranged on qualifying multi-bucket orders. Send your ZIP code, product and quantity so Sam can confirm the delivery charge and timing. Scottsdale pickup is also available by arrangement.
What if I don’t see the paint I need?
Ask anyway. Stock changes regularly, and Sam can check other products and sourcing options. Restocking products are clearly marked; confirm availability and timing before planning a pickup.
